What's a max bid?

A widely-reproduced portrait of Joseph and Magda Goebbels with their six children, in addition to Magda’s son Harald Quandt superimposed into the image, with the group flanked at the top by the signatures of both Joseph and Magda in black ink, pasted to a card stock backer and measuring 135 mm (w) x 105 mm (h), concealed within a period frame consisting of a wooden shell with a silver exterior and intact glass face with blue velvet and rayon liners, the edge stamped with a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of “925”, and an unidentified hallmark, measuring 16.5 cm (w) x 12.5 cm (h), with tarnshing and partial detachment of the stand evident, in near extremely fine condition.
