The certificate is named to Inspector Louis Deppmeyer in Hornburg, being awarded the Silver Badge of Loyal Services for 40 years of service by the provincial farmers’ association of Saxony and Anhalt. Dated to Halle on January 1, 1936.

Measuring 240 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), presenting minimal scuffing of the edges, remains near mint.
