A work card issued to Zygmunt Bryla, bilingual in German and Polish, contains 30 pages, includes entries from the employment office, previous employment, entries by the businessman, and types of employment, printed by the State Printer in Warsaw, the owner’s name hand-written on the back outside cover, measures 104 mm (w) x 144 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
Footnote: Zygmunt Bryla was born on 18 December 1912 in Bodzentyn in Kielce County, Poland. Bryla worked for the H. Göring-Werke in Starachowice as a Handformer in 1929. He worked as a “Handformer” with Stahlwerke Braunschweig G.m.b.H., Abteilung Berg-und Hüttenwerke in the departments Graugießerei (Grey Iron-Foundry) and Elektrostahlwerke (Electric Steel Plant) from 1939 to 1941.
