A group of documents belonging to Werner Liedtke, including a Betriebsausweis (Operation ID) issued to Soldat Werner Liedtke, with a black-and-white photograph riveted to the card, in a plastic ID holder, measuring 10.8 cm (w) x 8.4 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A Behelfsmäßiger Personalausweis (Makeshift Identity Card) issued on 30 July 1947 to Werner Liedtke, a Werkzeugmacher (Tool Maker) born on 4 November 1919 in Berlin, with a black-and-white photograph of Liedtke riveted to the page, completed in blue ink, signed by the Polizeipräsident in Berlin, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 14.8 cm (h), and in extremely fine condition. A War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords certificate, measuring 14.2 cm (w) 20.55 cm (h), with folding crease, and in very fine condition. Two participation certificates for the Reichsberufswettkampf (Reich Vocational Contest) of 1936 and 1937, each measuring approximately 15 cm (w) x 20.9 cm (h), and in extremely fine condition. A small identification photograph depicting Werner Liedtke in uniform, stapled to the identification document and later removed from the larger document, measuring 5.6 cm (w) x 6 cm (h)
