What's a max bid?

A small private wartime photo album, constructed of a card stock binding with a beige canvas exterior liner, the cover bearing an inscription of “AUS MEINER DIENSTZEIT” (“FROM MY SERVICE TIME”), the interior featuring black card stock pages separated by wax paper dividers to protect the images, pasted with 37 black-and-white photos depicting the experiences of a Heer soldier on the Eastern Front, with images of personnel drilling and at leisure, supplemented by images of Soviet locales and civilians, many in folk dress, measuring 110 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; accompanied by ten Third Reich-period commemorative cards depicting black-and-white images of points of interest in the Kiel region, each measuring 90 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) and featuring a typewritten reverse inscription, in overall extremely fine condition.
