A Soldbuch to the 190th Luftwaffe Flak Batt.; Soviet Captured; Soldbuch of Willy Sandow: 24 + 1 pages, in fine condition. Footnote: Sandow was born on January 11th, 1905 in Reinickendorf, Berlin. He was married to Ruth, nee Schubert, and worked as a gardener. He measured in at 173 cm, oval beardless face, thin build and had grey eyes. There is a note about a distinct scar on his left forearm. He had his personal information reviewed and stamped on the 18th of June, 1940 by a captain of the 20th Reserve Panzer Destroyer Battalion, 2nd Company. He also has a stamp in his record from Pioneer Reserve Battalions 311, 19, and 206. In January 1942 the leader of Luftflotte IV approved that Sandow would receive special training in discipline and procedure of logistics and supply. April 1st, 1941 promoted to Oberkanonier at the 190th Luftwaffe Flak Battalion. On August 1st, 1941 promoted to Gefreiter at the 190th Luftwaffe Flak Battalion. On June 1st, 1942 promoted to Obergefreiter at the 190th Luftwaffe Flak Battalion. He also had processing papers from a Soviet camp stamped in 1948.
