What's a max bid?

A collection of Second War documents, including a Deutsches Reich Arbeitsbuch issued to mason/bricklayer Inozenz Hanzl (b. 28 July 1890) on 25 March 1939, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 14.6 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A Deutsches Reich Kennkarte issued to Karl Biederer, an apprentice to a ship builder, in Regensburg on 28 January 1942, with a black-and-white photograph riveted to the card, with two fingerprints in black ink, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 14.9 cm (h), and in better than very fine condition. A receipt card for insurance, measuring 14.8 cm (w) x 20.9 cm (h), with folded crease, and in overall very fine condition. A Health Card for the Main Office for Public Health of the NSDAP issued to Max Stinglwagner (b. 2 September 1984), measuring 9.2 cm (w) x 12.2 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A membership card for the Reichsluftschutzbund (National Air Raid Protection League) issued to Marieanne Ganglmeier on 1 April 1939, measuring 8.5 cm (w) x 12.1 cm (h), and in better than very fine condition. A membership card for the Reichskolonialbund (Reich Colonial League) issued to Josef Wagner, with stamps from 1939 to 1943, measuring 8 cm (w) x 11.5 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A membership card for the NS-Frauenschaft, issued to Auguste Sessler, measuring 9 cm (w) x 12 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A Reichskleiderkarte (Clothing Card) dated 1942, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 14.6 cm (h), and in good condition. An ID Card for Bombing Victims issued to Franz Stapel (b. 28 September 1906), measuring 14.7 cm (w) x 10.3 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A German-Russian-Ukrainian picture dictionary titled Bilderduden für Soldaten, consisting of 64 pages, measuring 10.4 cm (w) x 14.8 cm (h), and in good condition.
