Germany, NS-Altherrenbund. A Letter from NS League to Automobile Developer Prof. Porsche, 1938
The letter was sent by the press and propaganda department of the NS-Altherrenbund der Deutschen Studenten (National Socialist League of Alumni of German Students) to Prof. Ferdinand Porsche, founder of the Porsche automobile company, arriving on September 16, 1938. On occasion of Porsche being awarded the German National Prize for Art and Science, the editor of the newly established magazine of the organisation asks Porsche to write a short article about himself for the next issue. The letter is signed Dr. Dr. Rathers or similar. Measuring 210x296mm, better than very fine condition with folding creases, minimal scuffing, and some discolouration.
