An obituary note, measuring 133x116, near mint condition.

Georg Müller, Matrosenobergefreiter (Senior Lance Corporal in the Kriegsmarine), born in 1919, died on August 22, 1942 (the obituary gives August 31 as the date of death) during the 4th patrol of U-654.


U-654 was sunk on August 22, 1942 in the Caribbean by depth bombs from an American B 18. There were no survivors.
