A large promotion certificate, 4 pages, measuring 254x354mm, in a folder, measuring 260x365mm. The set is in near mint condition, excluding the piece of paper it is wrapped in, which has several small rips. The recipient is Oberfeldarzt (Medical Lieutenant Colonel) of the Luftwaffe Dr. Adolf Hepp. He is being promoted to Oberstarzt (Medical Colonel). The document is dated to Führerhauptquartier (Führer Headquarters) on January 28, 1942, and carries facsimiles of both Hitler and Göring.
