A Luftwaffe promotional document, promoting Friedrich Liebau of the Flak Ersatz Abteilung 16, as of October 1st, 1943, from Wachtmeister (Flak Sergeant) to Oberwachtmeister (Flak Master Sergeant). The document was issued after the fact in Rissen, on October 25th, 1943. It is signed by the Regiment Commander of the Flak Ersatz Regiment 5; measuring 299 mm x 205 mm; previously folded in half, with two hole punches; in overall near extremely fine condition.
