A Waffen SS Driver's Licence Issued to the 4th SS Panzer Artillery Regiment - This licence was issued to Florian Weinberger, IV/SS-Pz.Art.Rgt. z.V. SS-F.H.A. (4th SS Panzer Artillery Regiment, SS Main Leadership Office), who was born on May 16, 1916 in Rastadt Kr. Odessa. The permit was issued to him after passing the examination, qualifying him to drive a motor vehicle with a combustion engine, Class 2. It is stamped with the Waffen SS Automotive School I insignias, along with being signed on page 2 and page 4 by the school's Sturmbannführer und Kommander, issued at Zbiroh, Czechoslovakia on December 23, 1944, numbered "1929". Page 4 indicates that he was also entitled to maintenance and management of a woodgas generator at Zbirow on the same date. It is manufactured from a water-resistant gray fabric paper stock, with four pages printed in black ink. It has an eyelet placed at the lower right corner on the front cover, and has two sets of holes punched on either side of the spread, 96 mm x 143 mm, light wear, near extremely fine.
