(HIAG Suchdienst Papier). A HIAG (Mutual Aid Association of Former Waffen-SS Members) Tracing Service file for SS-Untersturmführer Reinhold Bockisch. Born 1 October 1923 in Berlin, Bockisch served with Kavallerie-Regiment 18 of the 8th SS Volunteer Cavalry Division Florian Geyer. His last known whereabouts were in Budapest during the Red Army siege in January 1945. The request for information was filed by Martha Bockisch of Berlin, who is presumably his mother. It features a black-and-white photograph of Bockisch in an Untersturmführer’s uniform. Measuring 210 mm (w) x 146 mm (h), it is in an overall extremely fine condition.
