Stating that Wachtmeister (Flak equivalent of Sergeant) of the Staff of Flak Regiment 102, Franz Baumann has been promoted to Oberwachtmeister (Flak equivalent of Master Sergeant). The document is dated to March 1, 1941 and signed in blue ink by Lieutenant Colonel and Regiment Commander, Otto Stange. Stating that Unteroffizier (NCO) of the Staff of Flak Regiment 38, Franz Baumann has been promoted to Wachtmeister. The document is dated to October 1, 1939 and is signed in blue ink by Lieutenant Colonel and Regiment Commander, Otto Dimmel.
