A certificate, measuring 209x297mm, near extremely fine condition with multiple folding creases and one small hole. It states that Unteroffizier (NCO) Ernst Neubach has been awarded the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords. The document is dated to December 20, 1940 and signed on behalf of Military Commander of Belgium and Northern France, General von Falkenhausen.
