A 1942 Romanian Crusade Against Communism Award Document

A certificate, measuring 200x325mm, very fine condition with light scuffing, folding creases, four punched holes, and a small piece missing in the bottom left corner. It was issued by the Romanian Ministry of National Defence and states that Lieutenant at Sea Fritz Schay at the Navy Training Command Romania is awarded the Crusade against Communism Medal with Black Sea bar (oxidized). The document is dated to October 22, 1942. It carries the facsimile of Defence Minister General Constantin Pantazi, and a signature by a Colonel and Staff Director, the name is indecipherable.
