The document is dated to October 6, 1941 and signed in black ink by a Captain and Battalion Leader, his name could be Reimann.
Footnote: At the time of him being wounded, Haupt and his division, the 30th Infantry Division, were fighting in the attack on Russia. In September, he was stationed in the vicinity of Demyansk, east of Lake Illmen, on the northern part of the Eastern Front.
