A German Red Cross Decoration award certificate, measuring 240x298mm, near mint condition with folding crease and age spots. It was issued for “special services” to Veit Freber II. The document is dated to Berlin on April 20, 1938 and carries a facsimile of the president of the German Red Cross, Carl Eduard Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha. (C:146)
