A Silver Grade Wound Badge Award Document to Field-Medic Walter Bauer

For a silver grade wound badge assigned to field-medic named Walter Bauer of the 1st. Krankentransport Abteilung 703, for a single injury sustained on march 21, 1943. The document was issued in Heidelberg May 13, 1943 and bears the signature of the Oberstartzt of the Sanitäter Abteilung Heidelberg, and bears its official seal. It measures 207 mm x 147 mm and is in better than extremely fine condition.
