A grouping of three award documents, measuring 140x200mm each two in extremely fine condition with folding crease and some discolouration, one in better than extremely fine condition with discolouration. A Wound Badge in Silver certificate, stating that Boll was wounded once on August 7, 1944. This means the wound must have been substantial to warrant the Silver Badge instead of the regular Black Badge. The document is dated to Kattowitz (modern day Katowice, south west Poland) on October 23, 1944 and signed in blue ink by an Oberfeldarzt, the signature is indecipherable. Boll was part of the Staff of the Commander of Division Supply Troop 172. A War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords certificate to Medical NCO Boll in Medical Company 360, which at the time ran a military hospital in Orechoff (Ukraine). The document is dated to September 1, 1943 and signed in ink by a Colonel and Deputy Commander, the signature is indecipherable. An Eastern Front Medal certificate to Boll on the Staff of the Commander of Division Supply Troop 172. The medal was awarded on September 20, 1942. The document is dated to “in the East” on July 10, 1944. It is signed in black ink by a Lieutenant and Leader of Staff, the signature is indecipherable.
