The document is named to Obergefreiter Heinz Lachmann of the 1st Company of the Panzer Grenadier Regiment 73 for repeated wounding damage that occured on 7 August 1943, signed in ink, in the field on 18 August 1943, by the battalion leader, measuring 139 mm (w) x 201 mm (h), with two punched holes, a folding crease, and fraying, and in good condition.
