What's a max bid?

Gren.Rgt.5. “Totenkopf”; award document for tank badge-bronze grade (17.5.1944), with original ink signature of Regiment’s Commander SS-Obersturmbannführer Karl Adolf Ullrich; award document for Iron Cross 2nd Class (17.4.1944), with original ink signature of Generalmajor der Waffen-SS Hermann Prieß; award document for Iron Cross 1stClass (10.8.1944), with original ink signature of SS-Oberführer; a promotion document to a rank of Standartenoberjunker (1.12.1944) with original signature ofSS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Waffen-SS; document was issued by the he SS-Führungshauptamt (SS Leadership Main Office) (SS-FHA), which was the operational headquarters of the SS (Standartenoberjunker was the rank of an Officer candidate, who successfully completed required courses at the Officer’s training Academy. Documents show age and slight use, in generally very good condition.
