What's a max bid?

Letter measuring 209x148mm, extremely fine condition with folding crease and minimal creasing. With original envelope, measuring 219x110mm, extremely fine condition with light scuffing. Postcard measuring 91x141mm, very fine condition with light scuffing and soiling. The letter has been sent to a Mr. John Gray in Gallipolis, Ohio on July 3, 1973. Dönitz thanks for his letter and sends him two photos and best wishes.
