What's a max bid?

Measuring 21 x 29.7 cm. A signed photo of SS-Standartenführer Karl Kreutz (1909–1997). He received his Knight’s Cross on Aug 27th, 1944 while commanding the SS Panzer Artillery Regiment 2 of the 2nd SS Panzer Division “Das Reich”. He received the (863rd) Oak Leaves on May 6th, 1945. At this time he was deputy leader of 2nd SS Panzer Division “Das Reich”. He was also awarded the German Cross in Gold.
