Germany. 18 Wartime German Photos and Postcards
Measuring between 62x45mm and 145x105mm, near very fine to extremely fine condition. The pictures show a mix of civilian and military persons. They include, among others: SA men from Köln (Cologne) arriving in Nuremberg for the 1933 Rally; Waffen-SS troops on parade; a card dated to January 22, 1944, “in remembrance of our parents’ ‘soldier’s wedding’”; two pictures dated to Nuremberg on June 27, 1944 showing a woman called Hanni Hartung working as a conductress; a postcard showing “Innsbruck, the pearl of the Alps”; a postcard with Waffen SS machine gunners; a postcard showing SS-Obergruppenführer Hausser.
