What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A lot of four Kriegsmarine photos and postcards, including a wartime photo depicting Admiral Erich Förste with then-Captain (later Admiral) Francesco Mimbelli, unmarked and undated, printed on Agfa-Brovira paper, measuring 128 mm (w) x 87 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a second wartime photo of Förste with Kriegsmarine Officers, the reverse stamped with a Kriegsmarine photo service mark, dated “28. 1. 41”, printed on Leonar paper, measuring 110 mm (w) x 82 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a patriotic card depicting Kapitänleutnant Engelbert Endrass (commander of U-46 and U-567; KIA 21 December 1941), the reverse featuring a printed description of his wartime exploits, measuring 106 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a postcard featuring a Wolfgang Willrich illustration of Kapitänleutnant Günther Prien, the reverse unused, measuring 105 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
