What's a max bid?

A wartime signed postcard depicting Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring wearing an elaborate greatcoat and with the Pour le Mérite clearly visible, the lower right corner overlaid by Göring’s handwritten signature in black ink, the reverse bearing a handwritten inscription address to a recipient in Pfaffenhofen, posted on 10 November 1943, measuring 92 mm (w) x 140 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
