Germany, Third Reich. A Rare 1936 Signed and Dedicated Portrait of Benito Mussoini to Reichsminister Hans Frank

A rare signed and dedicated portrait of Benito Mussolini, printed on a large cream-coloured card stock backer measuring 235 mm (w) x 342 mm (h) overall, depicting a heavily-airbrushed photo of the Italian dictator in profile and wearing a steel helmet, the lower left corner of the image bearing the logo of Istituto Luce (Fascist Italy’s national film corporation), above a clear handwritten black ink dedication in Italian from Mussolini to then-Reichsminister Hans Frank (later Governor General of the Generalgouvernement and an executed Nuremberg Trial defendant) in Rome on 4 April 1936, obtained during a documented meeting between Mussolini and Frank, a rare dedicated document between two key figures in extremely fine condition.
