On thick stock paper, measuring approximately 20.5 x 15cm, written while Rommel was stationed in Potsdam as a Oberst., stating that he resigns his command as a Special Representative of the High Command of the Armed Forces of the German Reich; dated 7.9.1938, stamped with two Heer stamps, with strong and clear signature in pencil, very fine condition and rare.
