A 1939 Reich Postal Administration Appointment Document
Item: Appointment to telegraph clerk contender, 25.3 x 35.3 cm. Date of item: 1939. Condition: good, signs of aging, slight rip. A certificate appointing one Albin Bertram Lößner from trainee to telegraph clerk contender, “in the name of the Führer and Reich Chancellor”. The award serves as a reminder for Lößner to always be loyal to his official oath and to be worthy of the trust placed in him by this promotion. He is now also placed under the guaranteed protection of the Führer. The certificate is signed in Berlin on Mar 15th, 1939 for the Reich mail minister and in the name of the president of the Reich mail administration. Next to the signature is a seal, showing an imperial eagle on top of a wreath with a swastika inside.
