A Waffen-SS Summary Report to Bernhard Lange of the 9th SS Mountain Artillery Regiment

A service summary report of Bernhard Karl Wilhelm Lange of the 9th SS Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment. Lange was a Staffellmann of the 9th SS Mountain Artillery Regiment 6 and was born on 17.6.1920 in Hamburg (Hamburg 43, Eulenkamp 54) in Germany. He was evangelic, single, and a gardener by trade. He volunteered for Waffen-SS on 7.10.1940, and was trained with the Karabiner 98k (standard-issue rifle), Gasmaske (gasmask), and the L.F.H 30(t) Kanonier (10.ocm Czechoslovakian M-30 Skoda artillery gun). Prior to his enlistment into the SS, he was also a member of the NSDAP, and the HJ. He was vaccinated against smallpox on 18.4.1940, and against Typhus on 2.8.1940, 22.8.1930, and 12.9.1940. The document is signed and stamped by the Obersturmführer und Batteriechef on June 6, 1941. Measuring 293 mm x 208 mm, near mint condition.
