This is a fine grouping of promotional and membership documents belonging to Johannes Hoppe, consisting of 1) A Promotional Document Promoting Johannes from Customs Clearing Officer to Customs Clearance Office Assistant, The document was issued in Kiel on July 28, 1939 and bears the signature of the Senior Finance President of Nordmark in Kiel, as well as a embossed seal on the bottom left corner; measuring 354 mm x 253 mm; in mint condition without noticeable flaws. 2) An 1937/38 Honorary Document from the Winterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes/Winter Relief of the German People for “Grateful acknowledgement for self-sacrificing service in the fight against hunger and cold”; featuring the facsimiles of the Reichsbeauftragter and the Reichsminister; measuring 375 mm x 271mm; in fair condition with several considerable rips along the edges.
