Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central Saxon coat of arms, flanked on each side by lions rampant and three flag standards, above a plaque inscribed “KGL. SASCHS. MIL. VER. BERNSDORF”, topped by a banner inscribed “FÜR 25 JÄHRIGE MITGLIEDSSCHAFT” (“FOR 25 YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP”), unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
