What's a max bid?

Constructed of gildered, silvered, and blackened bronze, consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, the obverse bearing a featureless Iron Cross, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 89 mm (w) x 89 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
