This group, which comes from a family, includes: Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914, magnetic center, ring marked “K”; WWI Hamburg Merit Award, in patinated bronze and white enamels, swords gilded, no chipping to enamels, excellent condition; Silesian Eagle 1st Class, in blackened iron, magnetic, pinback; Order of the German-Russian Westarmy, Awaloff Cross 3d Class, gilt and enamels, 45mm x 45mm, pinback (with miniature of the same, 23mm x 23mm; Saxony, Friedrich Medal, Bronze (with award document, torn, poor condition; Miniature Commemorative Medal of the German-Russian Westarmy, bronze, 16mm; Russian St. George Cross, 4th class, in white metal, probably German made c. 1920’s; ribbon bar, pinback; a German made solid silver pocket watch, not working, glass missing, 51mm in diameter, depicting St. George slaying a dragon, in fair condition overall; two medium size photos of the recipient; in generally very good condition unless stated otherwise.
