What's a max bid?

A 1900/01 “China Gedenkmedaille für Nichtkämpfer); in silver; the obverse with a crowned German Eagle in battle with a chinese dragon, all encircled by a laurel wreath; the reverse with the crowned cipher of Emperor Wilhelm II, circumscribed with “Verdienst um die Expedition nach China” (For Service in the expedition of China, all within a laurel wreath border; on loop for suspension; on a correct replacement ribbon; measuring 32.66 mm in diameter; weighing 18.6 grams; better than very fine condition.
