A German Imperial Commemorative medal for the Kriegsjahre in Deutsch-Süd-West Afrika; in silver; obverse depicts Germania with swords and shield, inscribed “ In glory for the defence of Germany’s honour”; the obverse depicts a crown inscribed “In memory of the war years in Germany’s South-West Africa”; double loops for suspension; measuring 33 mm in diameter; contact marks, very fine condition.
