What's a max bid?

(Ehrenkreuz für Verdienste des Reichsbundes der Deutschen Eisenbahner Kameradschaft). A Maltese cross constructed of gilded buntmetall with blue-enamelled arms, the one o’clock arm features a winged wheel emblem used by the railway and the letters “R. B.” for “Reichsbundes,” the six o’clock arm features the initials “D.E.K.” for “Deutschen Eisenbahner Kameradschaft” (“German Railwaymen Veterans”), the nine o’clock arm presents the date “1914,” the three o’clock arm reads “1918,” with black-enamelled eagles between the arms of the cross, the central medallion, which is riveted to the cross, features the inscription “FÜR VERDIENSTE” over a blue-enamelled field, surrounded by a white-enamelled ring featuring golden painted oak leaves, the reverse presents the inscription “GES. GESCH.,” measuring 47.20 mm (w) x 47.98 mm (h), with a green-enamelled movable hanger, measuring 23.56 mm (w) x 29.62 mm (h), and in overall extremely fine condition, accompanied by period original presentation case, constructed of heavy cardstock in textured faux leather black exterior, with a satin-type interior lid and intact fabric hinge cover, with a functional magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release, functional exterior metal hinge, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 95 mm (l) x 21 mm (h), and in good condition.
