What's a max bid?

(Erinnerungsmedaille). Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward-facing profile of Otto von Bismarck, executed in exceptional detail and flanked by name, the reverse bearing a raised depiction of an eternal flame interspersed with oak leaves and floral imagery, bearing dates “1. APRIL 1815-1905”, circumscribed by an inscription of “DEM AUGE FERN, DEM DEUTSCHEN HERZEN EWIG NAH” (“FAR FROM THE EYES, BUT FOREVER CLOSE TO THE GERMAN HEART”), the obverse bearing an illegible engraver’s mark and the reverse maker marked “A. WERNER & SÖHNE, BERLIN”, measuring 60 mm in diameter, in near mint condition.
