What's a max bid?

(Eisernes Kreuz 1870 II. Klasse, Erinnerungsstück). Constructed of blackened and silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from a period original ribbon stitched into a parade format with a horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée the obverse bearing three central oak leaves, the six o’clock arm bearing a reinstitution date of “1870”, the twelve o’clock arm bearing a crowned initial “W”, the reverse with visible rivets securing the obverse features in place, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 51 mm (h), an interesting commemorative example in extremely fine condition.
