What's a max bid?

(Propaganda Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, horizontal pinback, the obverse with a gilt Zeppelin on top of a blue enameled field with white painted clouds, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 15 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
