What's a max bid?

A Heer Medical Officer’s brocade, constructed of a strip of pressed leather, the exterior bearing a layer of silver aluminum wire with dual machine-embroidered dark blue tresses, the reverse with the remnants of a dark blue felt liner, one end retaining a brown leather tongue perforated with nine sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, measuring 40 mm (w) x 940 mm (l), material fatigue consistent with age and field use is evident and includes fraying of the wire and deterioration of the felt liner, in overall very fine condition
