What's a max bid?

(Königreich Westphalen Ehrenabzeichen). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with crossed swords inside of a laurel wreath, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR TAPFERKEIT UND GUTES BETRAGEN” (“FOR BRAVERY AND GOOD CONDUCT”), 26.80 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
