An Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, with Award Document to Richard Rupp, c. 1936 (Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918). An iron cross paty constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse centre bears the dates “1914 1918” encompassed by a laurel wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom, two upwards facing crossed swords lay in the quadrants between the arms, the reverse is plain and marked “R. V. PFORZHEIM 29”, with loop for suspension on a red, black and white striped ribbon, measuring 38.29 mm (w) x 42.52 mm (h), very fine.
An Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918 Award Document, on cream-coloured paper, awarded to the Correspondent Harry Alexander Blechschmidt in Chemnitz on 30 July 1935. The document is numbered “Nr. 36493/3”, stamped and signed. Presenting two folding creases, with minimal creasing and minor discolouration. Measuring 211 mm (w) x 149 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
Germany. A Wound Badge, Black Grade, Field Repaired (Verwundetenabzeichen). Constructed of oval shaped blackened bronze; the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm in the centre featuring a large mobile swastika on its side superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom; the reverse plain with a field repaired vertical needle style pin, sheet metal hinge, and a round wire catch; measuring 38.54 mm (w) x 43.17 mm (h); weighing 5.3 grams; in overall near very fine condition.
An Army Wound Badge in Black Document, on cream-coloured paper, awarded to Harry Alexander Blechschmidt on 5 July 1918. The document is stamped with a “K.S. Res. Infanterie-Regt. 241” stamp and signed. Presenting two folding creasing with some creasing, scuffing and tears at the edges. The reverse is taped in eight places. Measuring 213 mm (w) x 174 mm (h), very fine.
