What's a max bid?

A pair of First War commemorative decorations, including a necklace, constructed of silvered and gilded bronze, suspended from a chain 220 mm in length, with a decoration measuring 26 mm (w) x 37 mm (h), unmarked, in near extremely fine condition, and; a patriotic badge, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, the reverse marked “NOV. 24 1914”, measuring 64 mm (w) x 12 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
