1. A Prussian Commemorative Medal for Combatants of 1814, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from a replacement ribbon, unmarked, measuring 29.18 mm in diameter, 16.3 grams, in extremely fine condition.
2. A Hesse-Darmstadt Field Honour Decoration of 1840, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from an incorrect replacement ribbon, the obverse bearing a central wreathed monogram of Grand Duke Ludwig, situated above an inscription of “GESTIFTET AM 14. JUNI 1840” (“FOUNDED ON 14 JUNE 1840”), the reverse bearing a central wreathed inscription of “FÜR TREUEN DIENST IM KRIEGE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN WAR”), unmarked, measuring 31.64 mm in diameter, weighing 19.6 grams, in better than very fine condition.
