What's a max bid?

(Erinnerungsmedaille). Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a raised and finely-detailed portrait of U-Boat ace Kapitänleutnant Otto Weddigen, circumscribed by name and title, flanked by a date of “1915” which is in turn topped by a cross, the reverse features a stylized depiction of Weddigen’s vessel U-9 with burning and sinking ships in the background (commemorating an infamous action on 22 September 1914 in which Weddigen sunk three British cruisers in a single engagement in the North Sea), the edge stamped with a mark of “SILBER” and a content number of “950”, measuring 33.61 mm in diameter, weighing 15.0 grams, in extremely fine condition.
