Constructed of silver-plated brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a German State Crown indicating Prussian issue, overlaid by a central German national eagle clutching a bullseye target, the reverse with a depressed block hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, with two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, maker marked with the logo of Paul Meybauer, Berlin, measuring 45.94 mm (w) x 72.55 mm (h), weighing 27.1 grams, in extremely fine condition.
