Constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to “FELDWEBEL JOHANN CARL FRIEDRICH RIEMER” of Mecklenburg, who served in the Franco-Prussian War with the 90th Mecklenburg Fusilier Regiment, issued in Berlin on 19 January 1873, measuring 260 mm (w) x 206 mm (h), multiple folding creases are evident along both horizontal and vertical lines, in addition to age-appropriate discolouration, in overall near extremely fine condition.
