Germany, Imperial. A First War Wound Badge Document to Flyer Alfred Lhorstag
This is a first war German Imperial black grade wound badge “Verwundetenabzeichen” document presented to “Flieger Alfred Lhorstag” (Flyer/Pilot Alfred Lhorstag). It is dated August 9th, 1918, with a facsimile of the Commanding General of the German Air Force (Luftstreitkräfte), as well as a stamp of his office. It is mounted on a piece of cardstock, measuring 252 mm x 190 mm; extremely fine condition.
